Video Capture Progams

I have been struggling lately to make videos of my Computer Screen.
Until I found JING, a free program for as well Mac as Windows to make a free .swf movie which later can be published online.

We use it to show our clients our excellent Google Search results.
Movies are also uploaded to YouTube.

I have been looking for free programs to convert .swf to .flv or .mov but until now I can´t find any, which I can use for Mac.

Anybody able to help?
